"I would not have classed the vehicle as executive(what I paid for), which was embarrassing for myself infront of my guests. Also I received a call in the moring from the driver to say that he was on his way, could he pick me up earlier and change the order of the collection and 'via'. I had to be very direct that he was going to be 12+ hours early, my booking was correct and the reason I booked the order was pick up drop off 'via' and then final destination."
